Position Title: HR Consultant

Responsibilities:
-Communicate with clients on recruitment projects, analyze and understand their needs;
-Negotiate recruitment contracts with clients and make the agreement;
-Fulfill the sales targets;
-Work out searching strategies;
-Search candidates by various channels with or without the help of researcher;
-Screen and interview candidates and prepare reports of short-listed candidates;
-Communicate between clients and candidates;
-Follow up with the projects;
-Follow up with the payment according to the contract;
-Market surveys, including collecting competitors information, business information, industry information and all other hunting related information;
-Maintain sound relationship with clients and candidates;
-Provide helps to other colleagues when necessary to show the teamwork spirit;
-Develop new businesses.


Requirements:
-Bachelor degree;
-More than 2 years experiences in HR, Sales, Marketing or Customer Service in the manufactory, preferably in multi-national companies;
-Interested in headhunting business and wish to develop personal career in this field;
-Be able to communicate in English fluently verbally and in writing;
-Good application of MS-Office software;
-Good communication and social skills;
-Result-oriented;
-Can work independently and have teamwork spirit.
-Willing to work under pressure;
-Experience in recruiting or headhunting is preferred.


Position Title: Assistant Consultant

Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls and take messages;
-Maintain website and advertisement;
-Prepare standard documents according to the standard;
-Do research work under guidance;
-Information entry into the database;
-Receive visitors to ensure they are warmly welcomed;
-Keep files and documentations in good order;
-Support other colleagues to present teamwork spirit;
-Complete other assigned tasks upon request.


Requirements:
-College above degree or equivalent;
-Be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing;
-Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
-Willing to do basic office work;
-Good communication skills;
-High work efficiency and quality;
-Taking initiatives, positive attitude;
-Willing to learn;
-Honest, loyal and ethic;
-Independent
-Keeps confidential of business secrets.
