职位描述:
1.Contribute to the achievement of the Company Business Plan. The Financial Controller has primary responsibility to provide effective financial information to the Division by developing and coordinating the implementation of processes which provide relevant and timely financial performance data;
2.Work co-operatively with other departments within company to improve the business processes that contribute to both improved customer satisfaction & improved shareholder returns. The Financial Controller has prime responsibility for managing the development of the annual plan and for providing financial support to each Departments continuous improvement initiatives as well as implementing those projects which are focused exclusively within the Finance Department;
3.Work under the Regional Office guidelines to ensure that the Regional financial processes such as funding, credit management, stock management, cash flow control, taxation, foreign exchange, insurance, risk management, etc are optimized;
4.Provide an appropriate environment for subordinates to achieve the organization s goals. The Manager will provide appropriate leadership behaviors & be receptive to the developmental needs of their staff in line with the company’s strategic human resources requirements. The Manager will ensure that his department complies with all legislative requirements &organizational rules and policies;
5.Contribute to the effective operation of company’s executive team. Participate in the preparation & execution of the unit’s strategy plan. Actively support all of the initiatives which are outcomes of the strategic plan;
6.Support the Company executive in determining OHS strategies and implementation programs to meet organizational goals and achieve statutory compliance.


职位要求:

1.Degree level qualification with CPA (the CPA can be substituted for appropriate industry experience);
2.Relationship building, facilitation training, presentation skills, problem solving;
3.At least 5 - 10 years senior experience & a successful record of achievement in a similar role;
4.Demonstrable team leadership skills;
5.Ability to relate with people at all levels within an organization;
6.Hands on management style who can lead by example - words & actions are in sync;
7.Influencing skills, good interpersonal skills, PC literate, sound business financial & commercial acumen, logical & analytical problem solver
