职位描述:
1.Recruiting and staffing;
2.Organizational and space planning;
3.Performance management and improvement systems;
4.Organization development;
5.Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting;
6.Employee orientation, development, and training;
7.Policy development and documentation;
8.All aspects of Employee and Employment relation;
9.Company employee communication;
10.Compensation and benefits administration (including Shift Premium Systems; Bonus system etc.)
11.Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health (Plans, Programs);
12.Employee services and counseling (including Payroll, Taxes, State Systems);
13.Training and HR Development (Qualifications, Performance Management);
14.Legal aspects of Employment.

职位要求:
1.Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent. Master degree preferred;
2.Three to five plus years of proven progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions in industrial environment;
3.Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relation, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.
4.General Knowledge of employment laws and practices;
5.Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs;
6.Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping;
7.Effective oral and written communication (also professional English is a must, German of advantage);
8.Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills;
9.Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality;
10.Excellent organizational skills;
11.SAP Knowledge or at least excellent computer skills.
